Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

To register and maintain (including technical support) the User's account on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR – the person to whom the data relates has consented to the processing of their personal data, with the personal data being processed until the consent is withdrawn (including in the case of deleting the User's account); b. To fulfill orders placed in the Store and conduct any complaint proceedings based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, with the personal data being processed for the time necessary to fulfill the order and conduct any complaint proceedings; c. To assert claims and defend against claims based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, which is the defense of the Administrator's interests, with personal data being processed until the limitation period for claims; d. To fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with the Accounting Act and other tax regulations, with personal data being processed for a period of five calendar years from the end of the calendar year in which the order was placed; e. To carry out the Newsletter service by email on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e., consent, in connection with art. 10 of the Act on the provision of electronic services and art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law, with personal data being processed until consent is withdrawn.
    1. The Administrator processes the personal data of Users only for the purposes indicated above.
    1. Personal data of Users will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (to countries other than European Union countries, Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein).
    1. The Administrator does not use mechanisms involving automated decision-making, including profiling.
    1. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to provide services through the Service by the Administrator.
